The BIG 0-3!

Hello! Hello! Hello! I have hit a milestone in my short but eventful life, I am at the three month mark. Thats right! I am a quarter of a year old. Since my last post, I have been on the go, go, go! But, what else is knew, right???

I finally got to see Port Alto! I am told by Mommy and Daddy that we will have a lot of fun there this summer, something about a baby pool, the beach, and boat rides. Unfortunately, it was raining then very windy, but I got the idea.

I went to Wharton, Texas. This is where Mom and Dad graduated from High School. I went to a baby shower, but I was confused by all the pink clothes and gifts. Aren't all baby showers for me? I don't have any pink clothes, and while real men wear pink, I am not going to confuse the masses. Anyway, I met more cousins at the baby shower. It was fun and other babies were there too including my buddy, Lauren. She is the baby I have spent the most time with. And guess what!?! Lauren goes to the bay too...I see some baby pool time in our future. I am about 6 months younger than Lauren, but she doesn't seem to mind, Cougar Baby.
I also went to Hinze's BBQ with Gma Debbie, Mom and Dad. I was told it was very yummy.

I also met most of my bay cousins. We stopped by Louise on the way back to the bay and met the Crowell Clan. That was super fun. Cassidy and Claire gave me so much attention. They fed me and held me. I think they thought I was a very life like doll. Alexis was more interested in her cat, Croaker, but I will win her over...just give me time. They gave me a couple of stylin outfits! John, Rebecca and Claire gave me a swim suit for the bay. Rebecca, Dale, Alexis and Cassidy gave me a super cute guitar outfit. It was a very nice visit, and I can't wait to hang out with them at the bay as well.

I also met my next door bay cousins, and yes, they are my cousins as well as bay neighbors. I met Gene, Veda, Sherry and Spencer. They loved me, I can't wait for all these fun times that are in my near future. I even have my own crib at the bayhouse. I think it is only a matter of time until I get my own room, I wonder if Aunt Lee Lee would mind? YAY! Port Alto, Are you ready for Gibson Lee?!?

I also went to a GRI class with Mommy for four whole days. It is a real estate designation course where Mommy learns how to be a better Realtor. I already think she is awesome, but maybe, I am a little biased. Anyway, I was really good during the class. I know I had to be so she could learn more and hopefully sell more house which equals more toys for me! I liked school, as long as I get plenty of nap time.

Yesterday, my Grandpa Steve came to visit with Grandma CC. It was Steve's bday and we had fajitas and ritas on the back patio. Aunt Lee Lee was there as well. We went for a walk and it was so much fun.

A brief overview...
I am smiling and laughing all the time.
I am still talking, but I am still not understood. I have even tried to shout out my language, but no one gets it.

I can now roll over on to my tummy.

I like to do the super man, on my own and when Daddy and I play airplane.

I like to grab my frog toys and most of the time, I like to put them in my mouth.

I like to put my whole hand in my mouth.
I still love love love my swing.

I am sleeping all night.

TTFN!

Two and a Half Months so Far...

I am so sorry I haven't been able to update you all on my recent adventures. I have been so busy. In fact, I am really busy for a baby...so much to see, so much to do in this new world. So, the question isn't what have I been up to, it is what haven't I been up to since my last blog.

Well, I have already gone to two conferences and stayed in two hotels, one in Fort Worth and one in Houston.

The Fort Worth adventure was the annual RE/MAX of Texas Convention, I went to an awards dinner, and I was very good. I was definitely the youngest there. I watched Mommy walk across the stage to get her award. Great Grandma Kay and Heather helped take care of me.

The Houston adventure was for the Daughters of the American Revolution State Conference, and I hardly ever saw Mommy at this one. When I did see her, she was always dressed in white which is strange because she usually wears black. I did get to go to the dinners where I learned a lot about my country. I also met lots of nice ladies, and I hate to brag, but I am going to anyway. I think I was a total HIT! All the ladies smiled and talked to me. They all wanted to hold me, and they even found my bottle and announced my name in front of everyone.

My Great Grandma Kay took really good care of me while Mommy worked the conference. My Aunt Lee Ann came to help out as well, and we spent some quality time together.

I really missed Daddy while we were gone. We play A LOT! He is so funny.

My Grandmothers, Grandma Charlene and Grandma Debbie come to see me almost every weekend so Mom and Dad can spend some time together. I love seeing them, they are so sweet to me and give me their FULL attention. I think I might be getting a little spoiled. It is ok though, I am already thinking of ways to use this to my advantage...I bet I could score a pony one day...

I am totally holding my head up on my own, and I am working on holding that bottle, but I don't quite have it down yet. I like to stand up with just a little of assistance. I smile a lot! I also try to communicate, but I do not think people understand my language. I like to pull up my shirt to show off my awesome abs.
